A pause for goats crossing the road. At least they're moving to get out of the way. Everyone share the road, with amazingly few conflicts or accidents, apparently. Day said she once witnessed a whole busload of people loudly berate a hapless driver who had accidently nipped the paw of a dog laying in the road. |

A well-kept bicycle rickshaw. Someday, someone will introduce multiple gears to India, and the knees of rickshaw drivers will be forever improved. |
